GGD or Rittal cabinet designs are used, with an IP rating of IP20 and above. Cabinets protection rating can be customized up to IP54.
Customized in professional cabinet framework factories, the cabinet body is made of 8MF cold-formed partial welding assembly or nine-fold sectional material. Their rigidity and load capacity satisfy the installation requirements of electrical components. The modular holes on the cabinet framework enhance the flexibility of product assembly, while the cooling fan on the top of the cabinet ensures good heat dissipation. IP54 cabinets feature a specialized air conditioner to meet heat dissipation requirements while also providing physical protection.
The VFD cabinets and low-voltage switchgear cabinets can be used alone or lined-up together in the bus structure. All copper bus bars are subjected to effective anti-corrosion treatment, such as electroplating.
All live parts in the cabinet are compliant with IP20 protection requirements. Even when the cabinet door is opened, the design prevents fingers from touching live parts. All live parts have a live power warning label attached.
