1. With extensive knowledge of frequency conversion technology, Shanghai Huaxin seamlessly integrates the variable frequency control algorithm with the permanent magnet characteristics when designing the permanent magnet gearless drive motors, making the system operation smoother, more powerful, more reliable and energy-saving.
2. Regardless of power rating, all permanent magnet synchronous motors produced by Shanghai Huaxin are made of flat wire copper windings with polyimide composite insulation and go through vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) processes. Its reliability and stability are much higher than competitor’s products that typically use random-wound enameled wires.
3. With unique waterway structure and anti-corrosion coating, the outer rotor permanent magnet motor can work at a temperature that is at least 15 degrees lower than the industry standards, not only effectively preventing demagnetization of the permanent magnet due to overheating, but also delaying the aging of insulation materials and extending the service life of the permanent magnet direct drum.
4. It has built-in protections for winding overheating, bearing overheating and bearing vibration. All protection data are collected by an interface module (HX-IGATE intelligent module), which can be transmitted to the variable frequency drive, control panels, or the centralized control system through a single Ethernet cable. This method ensures accurate and reliable data transmission, without worries of data loss or corruption.
5. The proprietary intelligent variable frequency control system (HX-UCS) can meet the complex operating requirements of the conveyor belts for inclined upward, horizontal, and inclined downward operations. For intelligent operation, the system includes the capability to control auxiliary devices, such as cooling, braking, and tensioner. It consists of comprehensive protection functions and can corporate with load variation.
